Welcome to Chatmu ("we", "our", "the Application"), an AI-powered music industry data analysis application. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of our beta version.

Chatmu is owned and operated by Pro Indie Music and AAATMI. By registering and using Chatmu Beta, you ("User", "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Beta Version Nature

Chatmu is currently in beta phase, which means:

  • The application is in active development
  • There may be bugs, interruptions, or incomplete functionalities
  • Features, design, and interface may change without prior notice
  • Data may be reset or modified during the beta period
  • The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates

Eligibility and Registration

To use Chatmu Beta, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse access to the beta version for any reason, at our discretion.

Trial Period and Plans

During the beta phase, we offer:

  • Initial access with 3 free consultations without commitment
  • Subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Pro+) with different functionality levels
  • The ability to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time

The prices shown are promotional for the beta phase and are subject to change with the final version.

Service Limitations

As a beta user, you acknowledge the following limitations:

  • The number of consultations is limited according to your plan
  • Responses may not be 100% accurate in all cases
  • Response times may vary depending on query complexity
  • We depend on third-party APIs that may experience interruptions

Feedback and Improvements

We actively invite you to provide feedback about Chatmu Beta. By submitting suggestions, ideas, or comments:

  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, and distribute your feedback
  • You acknowledge that your feedback may or may not be implemented
  • You understand that you will not receive compensation for implemented suggestions

Privacy and Data

We collect and process data according to our Privacy Policy, which includes:

  • Profile information provided during registration
  • Usage data, including queries made
  • Technical information about your device and connection
  • Cookies and similar technologies

Data collected during the beta phase is used to improve the service and may be retained after the official launch.

Intellectual Property Rights

Limitation of Liability

Chatmu Beta is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will function uninterrupted or without errors
  • Query results will be completely accurate or up-to-date
  • The service will meet your specific requirements

Under no circumstances will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chatmu and its affiliates from any claim, liability, damage, or cost arising from:

  • Your use of the application
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of third-party rights

Service and Terms Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Chatmu Beta with or without prior notice. We may also update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version in our application. Your continued use of Chatmu constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time, which will result in the deletion of your profile and termination of your subscription at the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Chatmu Beta for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive use
  • Any activity we consider harmful to the application, users, or third parties

General Provisions

  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Chatmu regarding the beta application.
  • Ownership: Chatmu is owned and operated by Pro Indie Music and AAATMI.
