How certificates are generated, what they contain, and how to share them.

    • Your Verified Achievement

    Upon completing a course, Chatmu Academy automatically generates a professional certificate that validates your learning.


    Certificate Details

    Each certificate is a professionally designed A4 landscape PDF containing:

    • Your Legal Name: Set in your student profile (editable once).
    • Course Title: The exact course you completed.
    • Issue Date: When you earned the certificate.
    • Verification ID: A unique identifier in the format CH-ACAD-XXXX-XXXX that can be used to verify authenticity.
    • Authorized Signature: Digitally signed by Chatmu Academy's director.

    Managing Certificates

    • View: All your certificates are accessible from the Certifications section. Click any certificate to open the PDF viewer.
    • Download: Download the PDF for offline use — add it to your LinkedIn profile, portfolio, or resume.
    • Share: The unique verification ID allows third parties to confirm your certificate is authentic.

    Student Profile Name

    Your certificate displays your legal name as configured in your student profile. You can set or edit this name only once, so double-check before saving. This name applies to all current and future certificates.
