Content Calendar

The Content Calendar gives you a visual overview of all your social media posts — scheduled, published, and failed.

Accessing the Calendar

Go to Social Media → Calendar, or click View Calendar from the publisher page.

Calendar View

The calendar displays a standard monthly grid:

• Each day cell shows posts scheduled or published on that date
• Navigate months using the left/right arrows
• The current month is displayed at the top

Post Colors

Color	Status
Pink	Scheduled or pending
Green	Successfully published
Red	Failed

Each post in the calendar shows the time and a truncated content preview. Hover over any post to see the full content text.

Gray vs White Days

• White cells = days in the current month
• Gray cells = days outside the current month (beginning/end padding)

List View

Click View List to switch to a linear list view:

• All posts are shown in reverse chronological order
• Each post card shows: content text, media thumbnails, status badge, and date
• Click View Calendar to return to the calendar grid

Using the Calendar for Planning

• Identify gaps in your content schedule at a glance
• See which dates are already filled with content
• Spot failed posts (red) that need attention
