Creating Videos with Templates

From Song to Video in Minutes

The Video Creation Wizard guides you through a multi-step process to turn your songs into professional videos using templates.

Step 1: Choose a Template

Chatmu Create offers several system templates:

Video Loop Background: An audio-reactive spectrum visualizer over a looping video background. Perfect for music visualizers.
Static Image Video: A static background image with your audio. Great for simple album art videos.
Sandwich Render: An intro/loop/outro structure. Ideal for full music videos with branded segments.
Custom Templates: Use the Template Editor to create your own visual layouts with custom backgrounds, waveform colors, text overlays, and SRT lyric binding.

Step 2: Select Songs

Pick tracks from your Songs Library. For lyric videos, select a single track. For long-form videos, you can combine multiple songs with drag-and-drop reordering and clip selection.

Step 3: Configure Visual Settings

Customize your template parameters: background images, waveform colors, intro/outro video URLs, and lyric text styles. If your song has SRT lyrics from the AI analysis, they will automatically sync to text layers.

Step 4: Submit Render

Review your settings and submit the job to CatRender. Rendering time depends on video length. You'll see the status update in real-time in My Videos. Completed videos can be downloaded as MP4 files with chapter timestamps.

Video Retention

Rendered videos are stored according to your plan tier: 24 hours for Starter plans, 72 hours for higher tiers. Enable email notifications to be alerted when videos are ready or about to expire.
