Plans and Credits in Chatmu
At Chatmu, we use a hybrid system of subscriptions and credits to adapt to every user's needs.

How do credits work?
Every time you interact with the AI Agent, distribute a song, or perform deep industry queries, you consume credits. Your balance recharges according to your plan.
Our Plans
Free Plan: Includes an initial amount of credits so you can test the basic chat and analytics features.
Premium Plans: Unlock advanced tools like unlimited distribution, full Venue Explorer, and massive monthly credit top-ups.
Credit Top-ups
If you run out of credits mid-month, you don't have to upgrade your plan. You can go to Settings > Billing and purchase extra credit packages that are instantly added to your account.
Manage Your Subscription
You have full control over your billing. If you need to cancel your subscription, simply go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
All our payments are processed securely through Stripe.
