Your Music Industry CRM
The Networking module is a full CRM built for music industry professionals. Manage contacts, create pitch templates, send email campaigns, and track your outreach — all from one place.
What You Can Do
- Contacts: Build and manage a database of industry contacts (labels, curators, promoters, media). Import/export CSV, tag contacts for segmentation.
- Pitch Templates: Create reusable pitch templates for different outreach scenarios — playlist pitching, press releases, collaboration proposals, booking requests.
- Email Inbox: Send and receive emails directly from Chatmu. Connect your own email domain or claim a
@user.chatmu.iohandle. - Campaigns: Send bulk email campaigns to segmented contact lists by role, tag, or custom filters.
- Domain Setup: Connect your custom domain for professional email delivery (DKIM verification, inbound routing).
Plan Limits
Networking features are gated by your subscription plan. The number of contacts you can store and the availability of pitch templates depend on your active plan. If a feature is locked, you'll see an upgrade prompt.
