  • Post History and Status Tracking

The History tab shows every post you've created — published, scheduled, and failed — with detailed status and timing information.

    Accessing History

Go to Social Media → Post History.

    Understanding Post Statuses

Each post displays a colored status badge:

    Badge Status Meaning
PUBLISHED Green Successfully sent to all selected platforms
SCHEDULED Yellow Waiting to be published at the scheduled time
PENDING Yellow Being processed (media uploading, sending to platforms)
FAILED Red An error occurred during publishing

    What You See per Post

Each post entry in the history shows:

    • Content: The full text of the post
    • Media thumbnails: Attached images and videos
    • Status badge: PUBLISHED (green) or SCHEDULED (yellow)
    • Date: The scheduled date, or the creation date if not scheduled

    Troubleshooting Failed Posts

If a post shows as FAILED:

    1. Check if the social account is still connected (visit Connected Accounts)
    2. Verify platform-specific rules (e.g., YouTube requires video, Twitter charges extra for URLs)
    3. Check your plan limits — you may have reached your monthly post quota
    4. Re-create the post if needed

    Common failure reasons:

    • Invalid or expired social account connection — Reconnect the account
    • Platform rejected the content — Adjust content and try again
    • Media upload failed — Check file size and format, then retry
    • Plan limit reached — Upgrade your plan or wait for monthly reset

    Post Details

The history provides per-platform status tracking. Behind the scenes, each post logs step-by-step progress:

    1. upload — Media files are uploaded
    2. publish — Content is sent to each selected platform
    3. Per-platform results show success or errors for each social network
