Scheduling Posts

Instead of publishing immediately, you can schedule your posts to go out at a specific date and time.

How to Schedule

1. Compose your post normally (content, media, artist, and accounts)
2. In the right panel, under When to publish?, click the date/time field
3. Select the desired date and time using the datetime picker
4. The button changes from Publish Now to Schedule Post
5. Click it to schedule

Scheduling Rules

• Maximum advance: You can schedule up to 3 months in the future
• Timezone: Your local timezone is automatically detected and applied
• Minimum notice: There is no minimum — but allow enough time for media uploads to complete

What Happens When You Schedule

1. The post is saved with status scheduled
2. It appears in your Content Calendar
3. Media files are uploaded immediately in the background
4. The platform automatically publishes the post at the scheduled time

Managing Scheduled Posts

• View all scheduled posts in the Calendar tab
• Check scheduling details in the History tab
• Scheduled posts that haven't been published yet show a yellow "SCHEDULED" badge

Canceling a Scheduled Post

Currently, you cannot cancel a scheduled post directly from the UI. If you need to cancel a scheduled publication, contact support through the Help Center.
