📍 Navigation: Go to the Support section in the sidebar menu.
➕ Add Ticket: Click the Add Ticket button to open a new case.
📝 Details: Write a clear title, describe the issue in detail, and attach screenshots if they help clarify the problem.
✅ Resolution: A real human from the Chatmu team will take your case and reply directly in that same section. We will also email you when the status changes.
